City of Ballarat

Creative Ballarat, part of the City of Ballarat, invited me to photograph their Creatives Catchup at the Gallery Studio in the Art Gallery of Ballarat.

The event brought together local artists, makers and creative people to connect, share ideas and hear about the opportunities and projects happening across our city.

Having spent years working in Ballarat's arts and events community, it's always exciting to be in a room full of people making interesting things happen.

My role was to capture the conversations, connections and atmosphere of the gathering, and celebrate a little of the creative energy that makes Ballarat such a special place.
